WE ARE BEWELL @ QUEEN'S!

As student volunteers at Health Promotion, we create positive, fun, and non-judgemental programming with the goal of providing Queens' students with information and skills to make informed health and well-being decisions for themselves.

 

All the health promotion work that we do is evidence-based.

Within our programming, we aim to highlight all dimensions of wellness, including physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental. 

​

These dimensions are not independent from one another, and are largely influenced by factors both internal and external to an individual.
