Ingredients
1/2 cup barley
1/2 cup dried split peas
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup uncooked pasta
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons bouillon granules
8-10 cups water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a pot and over medium-low heat, cover and simmer for 30-60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Serve in your favourite soup bowl and enjoy! '
