A recipe for coconut curry soup that can be pre-made and packaged in a jar.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup red lentils
2/3 cup green lentils
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garlic
1 bouillon cube
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 can of coconut milk
4 cups of water
Instructions:
Add Mason Jar contents, coconut milk, and 4 cups of water into a large saucepan
Bring to a boil over high heat
Reduce heat to low and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes (until lentils are tender)
