VEGGIE NOODLE BOWLS

For the January Fresh Food Box, we are making veggie noodle bowls, inspired by this recipe from AllRecipes:

In your FFB, you will receive*:

  • Olive oil

  • 8oz mushrooms

  • Snow peas

  • Carrot

  • Green onions

  • Garlic

  • Soy suace

  • White sugar

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Spaghetti

  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrot, and green onions.

  2. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more.

  3. Stir together soy sauce, sugar, and cayenne in a small bowl; pour into skillet. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.

  4. Cook until heated through, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
