Chocolate and Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip

Vanilla Yogurt Dip

Chocolate Yogurt Dip

  • Strawberries

  • Bananas

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ​1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Get two small bowls. In one of the bowls combine all ingredients listed in the "Vanilla Yogurt Dip" column, stir until combined. In the other bowl, add all ingredients listed under the "Chocolate Yogurt Drip" column, stir until completely combined.

  • Chop bananas and strawberries into bite sized pieces.

  • Dip bananas and strawberries in dips as desired.

  • Enjoy!


  • If using plain Greek yogurt add an extra tbsp. of maple syrup or sweetener of your choice to ensure sweetness.

  • Substitute bananas and strawberries for any fruit of choice
