Jar of Wellness: DIY Healthy Soup Mix

This mason jar recipe is the perfect lazy, easy meal prep for those busy times. This satisfying soup is also balanced with protein, lots of fibre, and nutrients.



  1. Try your best to remove the macaroni from the jar and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, add diced tomatoes, 10-12 cups water, and remaining jar contents

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes

  4. Add macaroni, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until pasta and other ingredients are tender.

  5. Remove bay leaves from pot.

  6. Season with salt & pepper (optional) to taste before serving.

  7. Enjoy!
